Centered on the A-Shift from Tacoma Washington's Station 24, Chief Terry McConcky (Kevin Heffernan) and Captain Eddie Penisi (Steve Lemme) manage a crew of competent but fun characters including Lucy McConky (Hassie Harrison), Ike Crystal (Gabriel Hogan), Granny Smith (Marcus Henderson), and Andres Mickleberry (Chris Avila).
